Yusuf Lahham

Treasurer and Violist

Yusuf Lahham studied the viola da gamba at the Royal College of Music, under the guidance of both Reiko Ichise and Richard Boothby. Yusuf has performed as a soloist and a chamber musician at multiple venues around the UK, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, and St John’s College, Cambridge. He has also performed live on BBC Radio 3’s Early Music Show. 

 

Although continuing to perform on the viola da gamba, Yusuf decided upon a career in law and was Called to the Bar in 2023 as an Inner Temple scholar.

 

Currently, Yusuf is pursuing a Master of Law at Lucy Cavendish College, Cambridge, where he is also a Music Scholar.
